Daytime telehealth appointments are available Monday-Friday.  A limited number of evening and weekend appointments may be available.

Insurance

I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Traditional and PPO, and Blue Care Network (BCN).  If you are a member of one of these plans, please contact the company before your first visit to find out if you have a deductible and/or co-pay for mental health services.

Services may be covered in full or in part by other health insurance or employee benefit plans.  Call your insurer to check your coverage. 

Please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit.

Fees

$150 per 50-minute session.

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis with proof of financial hardship.

Payment

Major credit cards, checks or cash are accepted for payment.
